  1. That was great. I love YouTube. I watch anything & everything (for a while anyway). I find it humorous that something I look at for 2 seconds out of curiosity then pops up in my suggested list for weeks afterward. It used to annoy me but I've found that some of the most bizarre & entertaining things get my attention that way. 50 episodes of anything is tough. (My podcast is up to 280, though not all have been aired yet.)
  2. Illegal Alien
  3. Nice start on the train. p.s. The giraffe is very cute.
  4. Back-in-the-day, Dusan was trying to get A:M to do what I'm talking about. He said he even used it that way but that was around 2001 and I was trying to keep the Japanese onboard, and had no time for expanded capabilities. (We lost the Japanese because the Croucher brothers worked almost exclusively for Avalanche.) p.s. Here's Duscan's masterpiece:
  5. Thanks, guys. Hope to see you around on the forum. Had the first Hash Inc. meeting in 10 years on Sunday. Jason, Heath, myself, and Steve were in attendance. We discussed which shows we would like to do, and what we expect to get while we're doing them. I suggested we contact the guest artists and invite them to hangout in our booth, maybe sign autographs. I know when we go to a show, it's nice to talk to people like us. Customers are always welcome, especially when most of you are more than customers, you're part of the family.
  6. TV Police
  7. I loved "Subject 99"!
  8. It's All Fun & Games Until Someone Loses An Eye
  9. That's a great fable. I'm interested in the "Archer" style of animation because it goes fast. "SouthPark" too. The idea is to illustrate great scripts that would never get read otherwise. Also, having done a 3-year 3D movie project, a 6-month project sounds about right. Anybody done anything like "Archer"?
  10. This was done by Raf Anzovin & his crew back-in-the-day. Has anybody else done an animation in this format using A:M?
  11. A H*A*S*H t-shirt. Wow, you would have had to get that while we were at a show in Sweden, mid-to-late 90s. Who has a "Still Smokin' After All These Years" baseball cap?
  12. I won't be going back to Vietnam. I suppose you won't be either.
  13. Plastic Surgery
  14. This forum is really well done, guys. Fucher you've done some great design work, it looks great. And, Rodney, the topics are really organized & inviting; what a clean forum. Thank you both for all the hard work. Robert (robcat) is still the most helpful person I've ever seen! (Also, I've always been appreciative of your work on TWO, which was the highlight of my A:M career.)
  15. Well, thanx Ken, can't wait to see what you do with it. p.s. For Traveler's Century Club, points are given not just for U.N. recognized countries, but also places that are distinctly different, like Alaska & Hawaii. For example: Bali, Sumatra, Borneo & Java are all part of Indonesia but worth a point each.
  16. That's great to hear, Dan. It's nice of you to say that.
  17. I would have Liked it on YouTube but you must have it turned off. Good work.
  18. Hawaii & Alaska both count as 1 too for Travelers Century Club, so don't short yourself.
  19. Thanks, guys. Hopefully, we'll do something again. Movies need to be made. My wife, Gwynne & I, hit the 100 countries mark: Myanmar (Burma) Zoo
  20. Hey Det & Rog, long time no see. I was recently in Australia visiting Dylan Perry, longtime loyal A:M user, made his living off of A:M for a decade, now back with a new project (live action but uses A:M for graphics). Dylan has a video with near 2 million hits, and dozens of other videos with very high hit counts. His channel is SuperHappyDrift This was difficult to make & long.

  22. You all probably know about this already but here's a quick link: Hash CG History YouTube Channel
  23. 40,000 hits is too many to be a closed community response, and not enough to be viral. I've been assuming it's being linked somewhere because children like it but that's only a guess. p.s. The home video I have with over 100,000 hits has gorillas in it.
  24. As most of you know, "Tin Woodman of Oz" was a full-length 3D animated movie made by this forum using A:M (of course). Some of you participated in it. I'm very proud of it though it never received the acclaim it deserved, I follow the YouTube views of the various parts. In 10 years, the most viewed scene is Nancy Gormanzano's "Hippogyraf Song." (Nancy did several of the songs, she was awesome.) The question I've always had was why does this scene have 3x as many views as the next most popular, and 10x as many views as most of the movie? Perhaps you could comment... p.s. I know it has hardly any views compared to most things. My goodness, I have a home video on one of my channels with over 100,000 views.
  25. I compiled "Martin's Minutes" into a couple volumes. Here's the ones from your era: Memoirs of an Old Cyber-Cowboy And here're the new ones: New Martin's Minutes
