I would have hoped there was a more elegant name for this particular base but I couldn't seem to find one. By the way, I also roat my paper when I spin it on a tack. I like to see it roating around, it is very peaceful. Be careful with the tacks when you do this. You don't want to sit on one and roat by mistake...
