Yes this would be the "Waterbomb" base in origami, japanese paperfolding. I would have hoped there was a more elegant name for this particular base but I couldn't seem to find one.

 

By the way, I also roat my paper when I spin it on a tack. I like to see it roating around, it is very peaceful. Be careful with the tacks when you do this. You don't want to sit on one and roat by mistake...

 

I am done now with that line of thought... and I apologize for it.

 

Nice animation. Not totally useless. It made me think of origami after all.

haha yeah I thought I would make a tac incase I needed one and then I thought about putting somethin on it, and one thing lead to another :huh: .

 

It took me maybe 2 min to make but thought it was kinda cool

 

Yes I also love watching paper roat on a tac ;) Maybe I should type rotate 100 times to make sure that never happens again..
