Could only find "upload images" so I'll post it here and please let me know the proper way to do this and if you can play this video. VLC was used to convert it.

This particular video had a lot of help from robcat (the glowing threads)

It is much easier to put it on Youtube and put the youtube link in the post. If it plays on Youtube, it plays.
