Windows 10 system support update reprieve

Hello Window 10 users-

Microsoft was going to pull the plug on supporting Windows 10 in October however this news article says their is a bit of a reprieve:

Does anyone know how difficult it is to sync Windows Settings with OneDrive?

Oh I'm sure there is a really a good reason not to do it.   I'll try and find out what that is.
