Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted January 16 Hash Fellow Posted January 16 Mark Largent pointed this one out. This is an astonishing number of mostly-memorable, mostly pretty-good songs to have in one year. 1984 was peak music and peak hair. "Money for Nothing," the first CG music video, isn't here... it happens in 1985. 180 Songs That Turn 40 Years Old in 2024 Quote
Fuchur Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Pretty iconic once in there... Not everything perfect but still good quality in there. I am pretty sure there are less well done, successful songs in 2024 than 180... There is still good music being created, but not that many that well known once and the best songs are created in Metall and Rock today, very few in pop music. Best regards *Fuchur* Quote
