Jason Simonds
Hello Everyone, After a major update to the Hash, Inc Store. Users can now look up activation codes and serial numbers again. Sorry this took so long. We use a plug-in for serial numbers that was updated, the developer changed how the data is stored, it took me some time to convert the 'old' data in to the new data type. @robcat2075 if you want to log in to your account and check if it worked since your order was right at the change it's most likely to be effected. But I can not see all orders as they should be displayed. I had to use excel, google docs, and text editors to get the data moved over
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted March 18, 2022 Hash Fellow Share Posted March 18, 2022 Yes, I can now retrieve my serial numbers back to 2020, and I presume our other users will be able to see theirs also! Thanks for fixing that, Jason!
Jason Simonds
There was a few users while all the updating was going on, I had to re-add but I think everything is working. Now I need to fix the 'download plug-in'

Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted August 2 Hash Fellow Share Posted August 2 3 hours ago, Walter Baker said: wants me to sign in but says info is wrong Do you mean you are trying to sign into your Hash store account? Or something else? If you are trying to log into the store, did you try resetting your password? Of course, you must be using the exact same email address you signed up with. Walter Baker
Well Rob, I finally did get logged in , found my activation key for my version 19. (there were 2 different ones) when I try to use them I get this image, so try the other one get the same thing. So think Im going to give up unless you know something I'm missing. What ya think , I might just go ahead and buy a subscription
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted August 2 Hash Fellow Share Posted August 2 In another thread you wrote this... Quote I have revived another system to High Sierra 10.13.6 and have installed my AM ver. 16.0 so now I should be able to work again BUT my activation code is not working so how do I get in touch with Jason for a new code..... Based on what you describe, the code you previously bought was installed and working on another computer? That will cause the error you cite above when you try to use it on another computer. If it's not expired, then ask Jason if he can write it to transfer a new computer. If it is expired, then you need to buy a new license and get a new activation code.
