*A:M User* Roger Posted June 11, 2019 *A:M User* Posted June 11, 2019 AMD has released drop-in 12 and 16 core socket 470 parts: https://www.tomshardware.com/news/amd-ryzen-9-3950x-zen-2,39615.html Price I've heard on the 16 core part is $750. The 12 core AMD part for $499 beats anything 12 core and under in Intel's current lineup. They have also released their new Navi graphics: https://www.tomshardware.com/news/amd-navi-radeon_rx_5700_xt-rx_5700-details,39608.html Quote
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted June 11, 2019 Hash Fellow Posted June 11, 2019 It's good to see that they have bounced back from potentially being the next Cyrix. Quote
Fuchur Posted June 11, 2019 Posted June 11, 2019 One of the best line ups I've ever seen from them. They are very likely killing all intel has to offer in the desktop market now and they have been pretty nice since Ryzen (1) came out already. And now it seems like they can beat everything Intel has up to i9 even if we look at IPC. Very happy to see this :). *Fuchur* Quote
