(Then turn that html file into a PDF if desired) Tools > Customize > Keyboard > Export I was going to upload a PDF conversion of the html file but it needs a little reformatting... ideally to get everything onto one page. Attached is a no frills 6 page conversion of the generated html. Give that export a try and see how it works for you.
