Checking things out again - But what happened to moving CPs?

Hey all, checking out v18 and started modeling again and maybe it's me, but I seem to remember not having to use keys to move CPs around and have them go haywire.

For example, I used to move CPs around with the mouse and could move them into desired position. Now with v18, I move a CP around and it shoots all over the place (moving in different axis). I'm using keys (1, 2, 3) with mouse movement to move CPs around and it's so not intuitive. Is there a setting? I checked in Options and there is an "Use old compensate mode" option, but, that doesn't seem to help. This used to be quite easy to move CPs without the extra keys.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Looks like you diagnosed and solved the problem.

No, that wouldn't have helped as that relates to constraint offsets for bones and such.

It's great to see you again Ernest!

Thanks for welcome back. Yah, took a few seconds to figure out what was going on with the CPs. I was thinking I had been away too long. hehe
