A pencil in A:M?

I have never seen this tool tip text before. It appears while doing a shift-Q render.

If you are trying to get me excited about some secret feature of A:M... it's working.

 

I'd guess that that may be a carry over from an early version of A:M where there was a pencil icon which... ah...er... um... I give up... I have no earthly idea that is.

 

Edit: perhaps it's a carry over from Shift G (which provides a lazzo mode to draw around objects).

 

 

Do you currently have a pen/stylus connected to your computer?

This could be intended for scribbling quick annotations on renders, á la in Maya's fcheck.
