Decal not showing on model screen but does on render?

Hey all,--

Never seen this, but a decal won't show up on the modeling window but does in render--anybody know why this might be?

CTRL-D will toggle Show Decals

 

You can also set Show Decals On in your render settings when "Shaded " quality is chosen

...or you use the draw-toolbar. There is a button you can use to toggle many of those view-settings very fast.

(rightclick in an empty toolbar section and choose "View > Draw")
