I created a simple gear. I made a 360 degree rotation action that takes four seconds to make a complete rotation.

When I drop the gear into a choreography things go wonky. The chor only runs for one second instead of four.

Here are snap shots of the properties:

If I can't get this to work for just one revolution, how will I be able to use it in an extended choreography?

Thanks.

Right click on the frames at the top of the timeline, then set the play range to whatever you want. Your chor can be any length, but you will not want to always play the whole thing thru. Especially when one has a very long chor.

Nancy,

Do I have to do this for EVERY choreography? Doesn't setting the range property for the chor do this?

The range of the chor is independent of the play range of the timeline.

The chor range tells A:M how long to do things like baking cloth or particles.

But play range is whatever time span you decide to play. It's just a few clicks to set it.
