I know I can align CP points to a common grid point, but is there an "easy" way to align whole objects. Most vector graphic applications have an Align/Distribute function. Thanks.

Not too sure about this answer... but it seems that in the chor you can (from an alt view, like front) turn ON the grid guide...set your grid amount and then turn ON snap to grid... and drag and drop objects to that one by one

Flash has that power that can align/distribute all the right edges, for example, of several objects simultaneously.

But A:M tracks groups by their geometrical center which doesn't lend itself to aligning the edges of dissimilar objects.

In any event there is no quick Align/Distribute tool in A:M.

I think you're going to have to eyeball it in an orthogonal view.
