I put hair on my samurai model but whenever i put his helmet on in the choreography the hair goes through the helmet. Is there any way I could prevent this from happening. I want it to flatten under the helmet.

Thanks,

I believe there is an option under the hair properties called "object collision". Someone may have some idea about that, but it may work.

Try that first.

If that is not an option, you could add more control points and groom it, like it was flattened by the helmet. I would also suggest adding thickness to your helmet.

I added more control points and made the helmet thicker. The object collisions was always on but the hair still went through. I ended up making the hair shorter so it fit in the helmet.

Good solution. If the hat needs to come off and on you could always add a pose that lengthens the hair as needed.

Thanks I think I will do that.
