Hi - I just upgraded to v15 w/ fluids - but I haven't has a minute to run through any of the fluids tutorial... I have a new client that contacted me that owns a plastics manufacturing company and they produce bottles that he wants an animation of one filled w/ fluid and have it tipping up and porring into a second compartment on the container - basically it lets you measure out a certain amount. My question is for anyone that has been playing around w/ fluids - is this something that can be done - having the fluid/water starting in the bottle about 3/4 full and pouring it out?

Thanks for any help - Eric

This may be a case where it would be worth subcontracting to somebody here. Add a nice profit for yourself and bill the client; they don't need to know. ;)

Hi Phatso - I'm going to start playing around with the tutorials tomorrow morning - I just wanted to know if it is something that is possible to do w/ the new fluids. It looks like too fun of a project to subcontract. ;)

Did a real fast project.... obviously there is some leakage but with a denser mesh and slower movement some playing with fluid settings and gravity...maybe...
