Hi - I am working on a new gorilla character and creating several hair systems - is it possible to turn the hair systems "off" - while the rest of the character is being modelled. I wanted to do all the work of moving and brushing the hair particles, but didn't want to have to remove the hair systems off parts of the model while creating the rest of it - or even during an animation - it will be way to slow to animate him, with the hair turned on - didn't know if I had to do everything else with the model and do the hair last.

Thanks - Eric

You should activate the "Draw" -Toolbar.

Rightclick in a free area where the toolbar could be and activate "Draw" and "Views".

You will see how useful they are.

Thank you Furchur - very useful toobar - and I see the hair on/off on that too. One other question - when you "copy/flip/attach" - does it copy all the hair combing work you do?
