jason Posted July 3, 2006 Posted July 3, 2006 I'm having problems when first opening A:M. I click on File, New, then Model. According to the book, a grid is suppose to open, yet all I am getting is a blank screen with scales on the top and side, but I'm not able to draw anything. I tried opening multiple new model windows, then minimize and maximize the windows at random and MAY eventually get a grid. Any help would be appreciated. Quote
Dhar Posted July 3, 2006 Posted July 3, 2006 Go to the Tools>Options menu and click on the Modeling tab and mke sure Display grid is checked. Quote
the_black_mage Posted July 3, 2006 Posted July 3, 2006 the grid only shows at front, side, ect. right click and click one of the sides. Quote

Dhar Posted July 3, 2006 Posted July 3, 2006 Could be a video card issue. Try switching between Open GL & the other option. Quote
luckbat Posted July 3, 2006 Posted July 3, 2006 You're using v11.1b? You should be using v11.1i. That's the most up-to-date version. Which CD do you have? Quote
