Music and Talk! To me that is the thing. Having some talk and then an action - lipsyncing is so easy - I am just using three Control Points to lipsync the mouth - you can do the lipsync fast and dirty or you can spend a little more time on it and it will come out better - but perfect - not really - but cheating the eyes(brains) - it will go.
