delete this if its in the wrong spot but

 

I have been working on images from the famous novel by H.G. Wells War Of The Worlds

 

and for people that have read the novel i would like to see what other people can do

 

this is the first pic that i did for wotw its the heat ray coming out of the cylinder

i'm working on a new tripod hears what i have so far

this is not what the tripod fully looks like there will be some changes on it like the eyes will be black not green

I like the new tripod legs. Will be interesting to animate them. Can't recall how they handled it in WotW. I'm not sure we ever got a look at them taking more than a step or two.
