Thanks Nancy and Nos. I'm glad u enjoyed it. I just got a new graphic software Paint Shop Pro to create my decals in. Not as expensive as Adobe, but has all the same features and effects. Most importantly, I needed something to create *.tga files in with alpha channels. Only so much MS Paint can do. More coming soon.

Fyi, when you blink, your lower lid hardly moves. It mostly just twitches. There's actually no muscle in the lower lid to raise it. The upper lid should do most of the blinking.

Otherwise, looks nice. ;)

FYI, It's not a human. The lower lid can do whatever it wants in MY WORLD. But thanks, that advise will help me out on some of my other models. :D

I like the pupil dilation, nice detail.

As far as paint programs that can create TGA's with an alpha, GIMP is a fantastic free paint program. Incidentally, I have a Script-Fu for GIMP that will generate an iris (including one with lizard-like pupils) here...the August 10, 2005 entry.

Nice work! About the dialation, though, when the eyelid closes, the pupil would dialate. Then when the lid opens the pupil will be wide, then narrow with more light entering the eye. It's working the other way 'round in your animation. Overall, great work!
