  2. Hello This is the last sequences to Elderwood meeting . in this last part I added a scene as ,Rodney suggested I attempted to show elf Trell through the flame.. And fixed the lighting, so Onton was no longer grayed out.
  3. HI, SORRY I DID NOT SEE THIS SOONER. THANK YOU FOR WATCHING MY MOVIE, MY WORK IN PROGRESS kATT
  4. Hi the light is no longer showing Onton the grey elf. That is a lighting mishap, I can fix. moving the shots where the camera pans across the characters in front of the shot where the boy in the flames is revealed might flow, I'll work on. I'll post it when I finished it. thanks again Rodney
  5. Hey Largento i think thats great stuff, i like the way you have gotton your inspiration from music. so you make your layers in photo shop. Them, do you bring the layers back to AM to finish up. or do you work it, just in photoshop? interesting thanks posting it
  6. Hi everyone. This is the third part of the Elderwood meeting. I flipped the part where William handed Eppen the sword as Rodney suggested. Thanks again for pointing that out.
  7. Really? I must say, I think you might have accidently stumbled upons something really unique there. At first I thought your plan was to use these dolls as puppets where the performers were behind a screem using their real hands as the characters hands. I thought... pretty cool way to get the puppets to hold things! At any rate I think the large hands make the dolls considerably unique. I'd think their fans would too. Claim it as your special style or someone like me will steal the idea. I love mistakes. Especially when help us create such wonderful things. I'll remember that, large hands make the dolls unique. your to kind thank you Rodney
  8. You notice the large hands, It really was not on propose, after the molds were made, here was no going back to change them, make them smaller. we have a few left. Thanks Rodney
  9. Yeah I started the elves about 28 years ago. having never done anything quite like that before I messed up so much. finally I had molds made, I wanted a medium that would not break. so I used a latex rubber. so your right I've known the gang for a while. how you doing on yours? i'll have to check it out. thank You froseternal
  10. He looks pretty good to me. How about some cowboy boots . looking good Spleen'
  11. i would enjoy seeing how it was all done
  12. Thanks you largento
  13. As the sword is passed from character to character the camera moves 180 degrees. You know after watching this section again i sea exactly what you mean. It was funny as I was showing my husband the scene, I got confused who gave whom the sword. because I did turn the camera around shooting in the opposite direction. which in turn reversed the characters. thanks again Rodney l'll fix it.
  14. My first elven models for Elderwood Forest, were my attempt at making dolls, not very good at doll standards, but I had fun. So I thought I'd share, because it was where my movie really started. the sculpy fairies have evolved from babies to grown ups fairies.
  15. i will have to research 180 degree rule. when you say flip images, do you mean in photo shop, or the models? as you see i'm not understanding thanks Rodney
  16. Thank you Code
  17. Wow - I'm glad you didn't lose more than just the light - I had a hard drive go down on our last project and lost a whole day's work. Weather can be such a trial!! Looking good. Jak I had a hard drive go down on our last project and lost a whole day's work. I hate when that happens, we just had 30 inches, so its been touch and go.
  18. I especially like the pan from right to left across the characters in the first part of the shot. (There is an odd light-to-shadow jump in mid-pan, I'm not sure what is causing it?) Very nice. (There is an odd light-to-shadow jump in mid-pan, I'm not sure what is causing it?) Yeah, I had to render that part three different times because electricity went out. and the last time I lost a light. I attempted to add new one but I missed the mark. so I'll re -render it after all the snow stopps thanks frosteternal
  19. Kong looks great, love the fur. now you need a jungle scene
