I need help on some textures. I want a gold and silver texture. Does anybody know how to achieve these to look like the real thing? I am needing these by tomorrow. Thanks you! Possibly to mix the two together also. That would be great!!!!

have you worked on your version of the castle mage?

here is another update on the castle i think it is coming along very nicely!!! hope that you like it even more than the first one be thinking on how you want this to be textured. black_mage, you need to send the wings again try it as a model because everytime i try to open them they say that the file is invalid

ok here is the new castle that i had to redo i put mage's mushroom on the top but the wings keep saying that it is an invalid file so i don't know but here it is i hope that you all like it!! i will put the flags and other stuff in later but tell me how to do a boolean are there any tutorials????

ok i am redoing the castle sicne last time it didn't get saved right but i am going to fix the roof this time to where it looks betters ummmm.... i will try and put the new mushroom up there and am going to add some texture to it should i put some gold on the castle????

i have heard of booleans but never really knew what they were where can i find this booleans? do i have to download it somewhere?

it isn't supposed to be in gold the picture just rendered it that way for some reason do you think it looks better though?

i think in the choreography window you right click and to make two characters not go through each other you could try using the rigid body function and for them to pick something up i think there is a constraint button. tutorial six shows how that is done sort of. i hope that this helped at least a little bit.

well i used a primitive so i think that has something to do with it because when i try to bevel something myself it never works out right and i don't know why

i saved it but now when i open it the castle is not there so i guess i am going to have to start all freaking over

i went ahead and worked on the castle some there is still some stuff that needs to be done as you can tell umm.... i just added the color to show the model up better. black mage send me the mushroom with the wings and i will add it to the castle. personally i think that this model is a lot better than the older one i think that the roof could be fixed but i don't know here is the updated castle

i will try beveling the castle later i have a tennis tournament tomorrow and then friday i have to go to the orthodontist and then saturday i have to get up at 8 and go take the ACT test and then later that night i am going to prom and after prom and i will be up all night til prolly like 6 in the morning so i prolly won't start on the castle til next week.

i want somebody to tell me what parts of the castle need to be beveled

well here is a different castle i didn't bevel anything i just tryed the smooth in some areas personally i think it looks kinda neat, but if you guys don't like it that is okay plus if you don't i am going to hand it over to somebody who will bevel it there is no way that i am going to start all the way over on this thing. plus it would prolly look a lot better if it was textured just right i added the color just so it would show up better plus i added a moat not the best one ever but i just threw it together at the last minute so whatever here is the castle are we almost to rigging yet nuns?

i really like that baby changing table chrury! how would i bevel the sides of the castle without redoing the whole thing HEY I GOT RUNNER-UP (2ND) AT MY TENNIS TOURNAMENT TODAY!! THE TEAM PLACED 1ST. YIPPEE!!!!

nuns says that this is too blocky well what would need to be changed?

Here is the Castle!!! I hope that you all like it!! I have my fingers crossed! I am going to try and get somebody that can texture really well, and ask them to do it as a favor. HOPE YOU LIKE IT!!!!!! P.S. This is as best as I can do. For right now anyways.
