my first posting of finished material

Ok by no means is this stuff cream of the crop or really original, but I thought I'd post 2 renders I did in AM. I had a VHS concert tape laying around for a band called 'god lives underwater' which had a mantis as their logo. So I put together 2 renders involving a mantis model I had been working on for a little while.

 

The 3d mantis was done in AM and the sequence was put together in Vegas Video 5.

This whole render was done entirely in AM.

I got the idea from the person who posted the clip of a animated monkey watching a video of his daughter on a modeled TV screen. So that is why I say it isn't very original.

 

I would have included larger frame sized renders with less compression if I had more web space at my disposal (max 10MB).

Nice work there John, great effect with the multi tv screens.

 

I like the music on the logo video, is that the band or did you creat it yourself?
