pengwin
I would be grateful for any comments on this head I have just modelled. I intend to use this character for a 5-7 minute short I'm working on. Mark
zacktaich
Looks great. Here are my comments. His nose seems to be a bit too long, I know it's a style but it seems a bit overdone. His mouth seems weird, thats all. Looks great.
Jerry Seider
I think this model could make a great short. Jerry Seider p.s. Less grimmace in the rest position. Show us some expressions.
pengwin
Thanks for the comments, guys. I have wrestled over creating a decent head for a few months now. This is the first one I am really happy with.
Gerry
This is a good start and I agree with above comments. But the ear, and attaching it, seems to be the 800-pound gorilla when it comes to modeling heads. It looks weird, and the ear could use either more detail or more stylizing. Sorry I can't be more specific. Try to make the ear more of a "unit" with the head. Gerry
Mike Lium
I agree with the rest of the posts. I also look at the interior of the left side of the mouth and I would make it darker to give the contrast of the lips to the inside of the mouth. The ear I think can be pulled in closer to the head and it wont look so disjointed. I tihnk this will make a very good character as long as you keep it in the style of cartoony.. Its really extremely good work for your firs posted head. Keep it up Mike
