Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted March 3 Hash Fellow Posted March 3 There are Mac versions for both v19.0 and v18.0 but both will require Mac OS X 10.13.6 or earlier. Both can be installed on the same computer and run with the same license. Installers for past versions like v19 or v18 must be gotten from the Hash ftp site. Links on this forum will not be correct. I'm not Mac user so I can't vouch for if either is better with the mac. Quote
a.quaihoi Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Also you will need to run on an intel Mac as AM is not compatible on ARM processors. Im a dyed in the wool Mac person, but I strongly suggest you setup a windows machine if you want to get the best out of AM. Best solution is to get the best last gen intel Mac if you have to use Mac and setup dual boot so you can use windows native, and you can have AM running on Mac and Windows while booted in either OS. My current rig is an old 4.1 flashed to 5.1 Dual 3.46 with Opencore running Monterey and Win 11, 128gb, SSD's RX580 PC card AM works great in it and you have 24 cores to render, these machines are like couple of hundred now, will soon setup a dedicated PC just for Am soonish Quote
