threedslider
Hi all ! I am new to Hash animation master I make a joypad very simple and what do you think of that ?
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted September 9 Hash Fellow Share Posted September 9 That is a fine-looking first model! Idea... you can make more appealing edges by modeling them with a "bevel" instead of a sharp corner.
threedslider
Thank you robcat2075 ! I done something in bevel but in wrong as model so it doesn't see much from the point of view, see my attach of my screenshot, what do you think ? How have done with your bevel ? Thanks. Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted September 9 Hash Fellow Share Posted September 9 It is indeed hard to see the bevel in that small screen capture. I'll take your word for it that it is there. The easiest way to have bevels in Spline models is to put rounded corners in an outline, like I did in the example on the right, and then extrude that outline. If you go to my tutorial page and search on "bevel," I have a few entries about bevels.

Fuchur
Very nice for your first model. Looks like very ergonomic with spline count (which is a very good thing) and captures the shape nicely. Best regards *Fuchur*
