It looks like something that got stretched in a TAoAM exercise. Wiki claims it was made for the Saturday morning "Pink Panther Show" as does this video... However, I am doubtful that such a cost would have been undertaken. Elsewhere I've read that it was an previously-made custom car (as one did in the 1960s), repurposed for the Pink Panther. vv vv vv Quote
