software issue

My software is leaving many after images and I do not know how to fix it, I have changed no settings only updates for computer. Can someone please help and advise a course of action, I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software still no change I'm getting multi layered after images.

My first guess is that you have "Onion Skin" on.

Shift 5 toggles that on and off and perhaps you accidentally pressed that.
