Currently I'm razor-blading them out of foam core poster board. The matte needs to be at least 3/16" thick to clear the wax seal that adorns the so-suitable-for-framing-that-you-get-a-dollar-to-buy-a-frame certificate. The 2018 certs are on a special "linen" paper with a texture you can see if your eyesight is good enough. Quote
