Fishy moves but not bubbling Then died (accidently erased to live no more)

Got the simple fish together but working on it  to blow some bubbles as it swims this is without since not getting the results  I wanted....must be my 70 year old brain

An image sprite with a little circular bubble would probably work well.

Tried a couple of sprites but not one that I liked yet and  so the tinkering continues
