I have Stop Motion on my iPhone and iPad, has a ton of features including onion skin of previous frames. Got my Niece and Nephews into doing stop motion animations. Nice little app worth checking out. It supports chroma key so might be able to composite AM animations with a green background or alpha into regular stop action clips.
