Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted October 25, 2015 Hash Fellow Posted October 25, 2015 There are ways to try Windows 10 and get back your old OS if you don't like it. If you decide within 30 days Windows 10 will ostensibly do the roll back for you. Alternatively, you can do a disk image of your OS drive before you upgrade and use it to revert later. I only recently discovered that Windows 7 can make a disk image for that purpose. how to roll back windows 10 to windows 7 Quote
Wildsided Posted October 26, 2015 Posted October 26, 2015 I had to format and start over to get to 8.1. I didn't make a disk image and for reasons it never explained the rollback decided it didn't want to work. Wasn't too big of a deal though. I backed up everything I needed to an external drive and then just reinstalled all my stuff. Quote
