Lately I was working with a simple model, where I tried to add the 2001 skeleton rig.

In the manual is said to make a new bone subdirectory in the new model

and drag the root boon of the rig model into it.

After done so, I can attach the bones to the model and use it as the 2001 skeleton rig.

The advantage of this is that I have all properties of the rig model.

After doing this for some time I experienced a strange loss of these advantages.

Sometimes the hip model movements loose the attachement of the feet's gravity.

I seem to have a model that moves the same way I would move the root bone.

I tried to understand what makes these null pointers keep the feet on ground.

Or what did I do wrong to loose these atributes in converting the model?
