I've been watching Natron for quite awhile but have never been able to use it in any capacity.

After installing the latest (stable) release it crasheds on trying to open a file (didn't even get to actually trying to open a file).

I have high hopes for their effort but it's still pretty rough around the edges.

 

Edit: File opening problem confirmed for both 64 and 32bit installations.
