TheSpleen Posted July 12, 2010 Posted July 12, 2010 right off the bat problem, it says to grab the BODY bone and use the AM scale tool to scale the rig to size. But nothing is working. Quote
mtpeak2 Posted July 12, 2010 Posted July 12, 2010 This should be moved to TSM2 rig subforum. As for your problem, you need to use the scale manipulator, not in the properties window. If you zoom into the BODY bone, turn on the scale manipulator (red circle in image or select the bone and hit the "S" key on your keyboard), you will see handles on the corners of the bounding box around the bone. The colored handles will scale in 1 or 2 axis', the corners scale in all axis'. Quote
Hash Fellow robcat2075 Posted July 12, 2010 Hash Fellow Posted July 12, 2010 And you can also turn on the scale tool with the S key. TSM2 hint... get the spine bones scaled and in place before you do the arms or legs TSM2 hint... always use the Rotate, Scale and traNslate tools to maneuver your bones. That makes the children of a bone move along with it and stay aligned. Don't just click and drag on a bone. TSM2 hint... keep the two bones straight that make the upper arm. Likewise keep the two bones straight that make the lower arm. And this rule applies to the parts of the leg too. Quote
