This is an issue of continuity. If you want the top to be flat, you need to create a new non-continuous spline. To do that. Hit the "a" button, hold down the shift key and click on the first CP, then with the shift key still held down, click on the second CP.

It does not need to be non-continuous as long as you peak the spline (hit [P] on the CP you want to be sharp). Also, in your case maddle, add the spline diagonally (lower left CP to upper right CP, not lower left to upper left)

Thank Agep, it works but my Patch is splitted in two , is it better for the flow ? and deformation ect... ?
