VERY COOL MODEL. I don't know if you really NEED TSM... because of his short lil stubby legs you may suffice with a simple 1 bone-rig in each leg...use LOTS of CP weighting.

Thanks, I tossed in the bones and weighted them so it seems pretty smooth, I posted the final files in the Contributors Cue.
