i ve a software for changing voices and so on.

when i did my recording, i recorded in wav formart,

now i am trying to change the voices and my voice sotware is in mp3

please can any only help me with a web site that can be used to change wav to mp3 and vice visa.

audacity is a audio editing app that does both wav and mp3

mp3 requires that you download a helper plugin but they tell you where it is somewhere in their docs.

I drag and drop it on to the chor, but i am not able to see the sound in the timeline , so that it can play in variable time.

Ummm - not to nark at you, but if you had bothered to follow the links to the suggested editors, you would have discovered that Audacity is freeware.
