Is there an easier way to make a movement at a specific time? Like is there way to just start a movement at 1 sec. instead of at 0 sec.?

Sure is. In fact, there are several ways.

If you haven't watched the videos that take you through the manual that's covered there.

In fact, work your way through all the exercises of the TaoA:M!

Videos:

Manual:

ftp://ftp.hash.com/pub/docs/TAOAM.pdf

One way would be to simply type in the frame number in the frame number box (on the scrub bar at the bottom of the screen).

Type in 1... move something. Type in 5... move something.... etc. etc.

Another way would be to open up the Timeline and move/scrub to the appropriate frame.

Try both ways! :)

What could be easier than copying and pasting the keyframe at frame 0 to frame 24? Simple and elegant.

There's also a vid in the tuts link in my sig , "Making bones stay in place" that walks you thru this stuff.
