Hi all

Is the Animation Master 2006 book by David Rogers a good resource for those of us who are new to A.M in additon to the great information you can find on these forums. Thanks!

I do highly recomend it.

It`s one of my favorite choices.

The advantage of a book is, you can take it to bed with you

and read in it during sleepless nights.

(Not to speak of other location you won`t take your computer with you)

Jup, the toilett... ;)

I highly recommend the book as well... it is well written and will teach you some very useful things you won't find in the TAO.

Go and get it!

This book is more expensive than the other best known book on A:M (by Jeff Paries) but its definitely worth every penny. Is it better than Jeff Paries book? I'd have to say yes, but for the price of Jeff's these days its easy to buy both books. Jeff's in my opinion is a bit more accessible to the layman.

David's book:

Very practical. Very technical. Very thoroughly covers most features up to about v13.

If I had to do it all over... I'd buy it again. (and hopefully read through it more thoroughly!)
