I designed myself a new character today. Very happy with him but............

when I go to render him I get this................

newboy2.jpg

I know it is a toon render. but his entire body and all the rest of him are not tooned!

only his face! So I started with the nose of another character, that nose must have had the toon settings set on it. How in the world do I turn this off???????????

I have a half toon/half 3d character LOL

Are you sure it isn't tooned? Black toon lines on a black shape won't be very visible

no I checked the flesh on the hands and no toon there.

I will upload a pic

The problem is the setting for diffuse falloff in the surface properties of the model - it was set to 0% and it needs to be set to 100%. You also might want to change the roughness scale as well - to 100%. This model was created in a previous version, so sometimes the settings get messed up.

Also if you want to upload non-standard files (like tga, mdl) to the forum - you can put them in a zip file
