John Bigboote
Have you used 'grooming mode' yet? It is found in the model window, next to modeling mode, distortion mode, bones mode...in that mode you will be able to brush, lengthen and full/thin the hair. John Bigboote
I did'nt see you were in V10...yes, you need to upgrade to current, because in V11 the hair was rewritten (As seen in my avatar...it's much better) and there are PLENTY of other advantages to be found in Vs 12,13,14 and 15. $100 is well worth it. Fuchur
well im using the school pc so i blame the gov. If I am not wrong, you could use a map in v10 to direct the hair in the right directions. But I am not sure where to get the tutorial from. There was a little application (based on Java or something like that in the internet) which could produce this hair-maps... anybody have got a link to there? *Fuchur*
Caroline
Colin Freeman's Hairbrush, which is here: http://www.colins-loft.net/hairbrush.html Very clever stuff. Also if you look at his Cooper tutorials: http://www.colins-loft.net/CoopPreview.html Have a look at the Hair Modelling link, which shows another ingenious way of doing hair.
