pkkaster Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 So I'm not fully comprehending what in the world this problem is. I've been running through the tutorials in the book. They've really been helping me out, but I got a problem. On lesson 5, where you learn how to create loops such as walking, running, sitting, and etc. Well, I was pasting the final frames, you know, where the mirror pasting is put, and I made a mistake. I accidentally placed a mirrored paste, when I wanted a normal paste. So I quickly did undo, and tried to paste... It wouldn't work, I don't know what it is. For some reason, it just wont let me paste on the final frame. I tried deleting the frame, and so on. I'm working within the time line setup up of managing the frames. So if there is some way to actually highlight the frames and delete them, please let me know. If anyone can help me on this problem, I would be very appreciative. Thank you very much. *EDIT* I wish I could delete this. After mere seconds of just posting for help, I fixed the problem. My apologies for clouding up the topic forum. Quote
Admin Rodney Posted April 26, 2007 Admin Posted April 26, 2007 Its good not to delete these things as someone else may have the exact same question and you can lead them to their own solution. Now you've got me curious though... what worked for you? Quote
pkkaster Posted April 28, 2007 Author Posted April 28, 2007 Kind of weird actually. I just clicked on the editing box and tried pasting again... it worked for some reason *shrugs*. I assume it had something to do with not recognizing what frame I was pasting in. Once I indicated the spot, it pasted. I originally thought it knew where I was indicating. Guess I was wrong. Thanks for checkin' in though. Quote
Dhar Posted April 28, 2007 Posted April 28, 2007 Quite a few times the computer may lag, gets cranky I guess. I close the program without saving and reboot, that usually solves the problem. Who knows where the problem might be, a busy cpu, an overheated video card. I always blame the gremlins. Quote
Admin Rodney Posted April 28, 2007 Admin Posted April 28, 2007 Thanks for closing the loop on this even if the full solution isn't known. Very much appreciated. Its useful to know enough detail about the process in case it ever happens again. Best of all its good to know its now working for you. For others reading these posts your answers can provide insight that'll save them a lot of frustration. Quote
