Hi,

I open the 32 patch or 8 patch sphere in the model window and select shaded wire frame but they both look like they have sharp points all over the place. When I render them they look round is there a way to make them look round in the shaded mode? Thanks Grant

Try this first.... hit "Page Up" a few times.

You might be in low poly mode (looks rougher but plays faster)

Hit "Page Down" to get rough again.

To let you know: Shaded-Mode uses Polygones to view your geometry...

So, if you hit the page-up/page-down-button, A:M will increase the amount of polygones for the shaded-view, which makes your surfaces smoother, but although will decrease the performence of A:M while modeling, animating, etc.

The amount of slowing down is estimated by your graphiccard.
