FMSonic Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 I'm following the Take a Walk tutorial in the manuel using a model I made. I made the first 4 keyframes, and now I want to use them to make the other 4 key frames using the paste mirrored command, but everytime I use it the the frame number I want to paste mirror the keyframe in, nothing happens. I never had this issue using the rabbit model, so is my model at fault? Quote
KenH Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 Does paste work? Possibly your mid line bones aren't exactly on the midline. Or your bones aren't exactly mirrored. Quote

No, paste doesn't work either. It seem to only work on keyframes pertaining to user properties. Bones don't seem to be copying. What do you mean by mid line bones? Quote
Stuart Rogers Posted June 27, 2006 Posted June 27, 2006 Check the filter buttons in the lower left hand corner of your A:M window. You can select what kind of channels get affected by keyframe operations (translate/scale/rotate/properties) as well as bone/tree/model/etc. Quote

FMSonic Posted June 28, 2006 Author Posted June 28, 2006 Nevermind. The arm and leg bones are mirroring correctly, but the bones in the middle of the model are not mirroring at all. Quote
KenH Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 Are you using v13? I think I'm getting the same problem with hip nulls in the squetch rig. I reported it....maybe you could do the same. Quote
KenH Posted June 28, 2006 Posted June 28, 2006 It's virtually the same code. If you have the yeti cd, you might move on to v13 which is now official. Quote
