Removing Poses

Is there any way to delete a pose from the pose slider box? I delete it but it still remains, and I want to reduce clutter.

 

This is really wierd, but I went as far as to delete the whole relationships folder for one of my characters, however, the "deleted" poses are still listed in the pose slider box!

as i recall, get the model window up for your character, delete the poses from the "User properties" section of the properties window. Then delete the folders if they remain.
