the leaf falling idea inspired this...about 30 minutes of trial but it could be better with a better model etc.. Used a vorterx force to cause some of the movement and played with gravity for the rest

and the project before the simcloth was simulated a good way to try different settings since the simulation does not erase. So I get to a point save the basic and then tweak if that version workks better save then revert to that verson for tweaking etc etc

Nice idea john, If one was doing a whole tree with leaves falling in the fall, it might be the way to go,i wouldnt want to individually animate every leave thats for sure...LOL

uhm yah, john...go make a tree with a bunch of leaves (not like a few, i mean...full of em ^^, turn off cloth interacting with itselves i guess). and, simcloth em (attached to the tree)

 

I`m too lazy to do it myself >_>
