starwarsguy Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 I am working on a fight scene and am wondering how you guys might do this? How do you set it up so that they're in unison fighting eachother but not on the same model? How the heck do you animate that!? Quote
Mr. Jaqe Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 Usually, people start by hitting eachother and then it developes into a fight. Quote

Mr. Jaqe Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 I was only joking, but I guess you would just animate normally, exept with people sending their fists towards other people. What exactly are you after? How a person punches? Stance? When a person hits another person? All of the above? Quote
starwarsguy Posted April 7, 2005 Author Posted April 7, 2005 The people are seperate models. Should I animate it in the Chor? I've been thinking of doing it in actions, but I guess that would work. Quote
jamagica Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 you can import two models into an action, but I forgot how...I suggest just doing it in the choreography Quote
pixelmech Posted April 7, 2005 Posted April 7, 2005 Kyle do it in the Chor for sure. Maybe plan out each shot first, then animate each one if you are changing camera positions. If not, animate it all through. Quote
starwarsguy Posted April 7, 2005 Author Posted April 7, 2005 I have it planned out and am starting now! Thanks, everyone! Quote
