pixelmech Posted January 9, 2005 Posted January 9, 2005 Hi there, Yesterday I purchased TSM2. I got the serial number and ran the installer. I opened my project, and opened the modeling window. Under Plugins/Wizards/ none of the TSM plug ins are available at all :/. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting with no effect. Looking in my local file structure, the /hxt folder is indeed installed, but there are only 10 .hxt files in there, I don't see any script folder or anything else. Anyone have this same trouble or any ideas? I'm running WinXP Home, and I'm dying to use this thing! Tom Quote
KenH Posted January 10, 2005 Posted January 10, 2005 Check to see where the files are stored. If they're not in the hxt folder in the 11.1 folder, then they're in the v11 folder. Either way, make sure the software is looking in the right place in it's options. Quote

Note I only find one folder, the 11.1 - I see no v11 folder... also, I don't know where to look to see if the software is looking in the right place... Quote
Morphy Posted January 10, 2005 Posted January 10, 2005 I had a similar problem when I recently installed TSM2. I seem to remember that the installation created a new directory 'HASHIN~1' and installed there, not into my proper HASH directory. I fixed it by just dragging the files over manually. But since then, I've been thinking that maybe there was a better way. Using the Options menu, you can tell AM where to look for hst files. I think this might have been a better solution. Morph Quote
Paul Forwood Posted January 10, 2005 Posted January 10, 2005 Hi, Pixelmech. There is a little glitch with TSM2's installer which Anzovin are aware of. It will be fixed in their next update. The problem concerns the directory into which TSM2 is installed. I assume that you are using A:M 11.1b which means that you probably have at least two versions of A:M inatalled, (A:M11.0t and 11.1b). You can find the Setup Machine files in the hxt folder within the A:M folder of one of these versions. Look in C:/ProgramFiles/HashInc/. You can follow THIS thread to see how the problem was solved for me. Good luck Quote
Roughy Posted January 10, 2005 Posted January 10, 2005 when i installed it it ended up in c:/program files/tsm2 instead of any of the hash/a:m folders. Quote
